CANCELLATION POLICY

Notice Period: Must cancel within 24 hours of appointment or a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. Deposit: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit that will go towards service when rendered. Deposit will be forfeited if client doesn't give proper notice or no-show. No-shows: If you do not show for appointment or cancel within 24 hours you may be charged the full service cost and/or lose the deposit. Rescheduling: Please reschedule appointment before 24 hour cancellation widow to avoid penalties. Grace period for lateness: After 10 mins of appointment time, client is considered late and will need to reschedule. Fee assessment will be at provider’s discretion. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and the full service fee will be charged. Method of notice: client must notify the studio via email at info.browtheorystudio@gmail.com with client's name, contact info., and reason for notification. Refund/transfer rules: A client has 2 times to reschedule without penalty. All services and products are non-refundable and/or at provider’s discretion. Appointment Forms & Liability Policy All required forms and waivers must be completed prior to your appointment. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all paperwork is filled out before arriving. By booking an appointment and/or completing the required forms, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in the documents. Brow Theory Studio is not liable for any adverse reactions or complications that may occur if proper information is not disclosed or aftercare instructions are not followed.
